For generations the early weeks of January have been viewed as fertile ground for planting new habits and reversing old ones that are limiting us. I don’t know about you, but I’ve got a list of things I want to do better this year.
This is an important time to pull in and assess where your energy has been flowing and how to better manage it in the coming months. After the past few weeks of naughty eating and other festivities, the focus for many (including myself) is getting back into good shape and giving our mind a little midwinter refresh.
If you feel like you could use a turbo-boost to help you make 2018 your best year yet, I’ve got something special to share with you today.

We're going to be using all natural bison bone broth made right on our farm in our certified commercial kitchen with our own bison bones!
I'll be sending reminder emails, recipes, and more information.
How much broth will you need? GET YOUR BONE BROTH READY AHAEAD OF TIME. click below
This is your first assignment.
Take a few minutes to determine how much broth you wish to consume every day. I'm recommending just one cup a day.
If you're cooking for a houseful, consider how much they'll be drinking. If you have young children, you may want to serve them just a half cup.
Calculate how much broth you will need to get started. If you are cooking for a family of four (2 adults and 2 small children), you will need to triple the recipe (1 cup per adult and 1/2 cup per child) and you'll need 24 cups.

Tracking Health Improvements
Finally, take a moment to download the attachment. That will be sent to you after signing up. Print out one for each member of your family that will be participating in the 30 Day Broth Challenge. You'll want to refer to this at the end of the challenge to see if you have any improvements. Sometimes we don't notice all the little aches and pains we have and when they disappear we don't realize it could have been connected to our new healthier eating habits.
