Bone Broth on Dr. Oz

Recently, Dr. Oz and his guest Esther Blum (registered dietician and holistic nutritionist) featured bone broth on his television show and heralded the benefits of how it can keep you energized throughout the day, ward off fatigue, act as a source of good hydration and help you sleep at night. Dr. Oz called his show “Beat Fatigue By Replacing Your Morning Coffee with Bone Broth” and Dr. Oz talked to people on the street asking them about how they felt bone broth affected them and most people said it gave them lots of energy.


Dr. Oz and Esther Blum recommend one to two cups a day of bone broth instead of your morning coffee and then later in the afternoon, around 2:30 p.m., have another cup.
